1-1 Sound Therapy for Relaxation

Listening to the sounds of Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, crystal singing bowls or a combination, you’ll be gently guided into a world of deep relaxation, for both mind and body. Then slowly brought back from your sound journey with therapeutic percussion.

Or choose a Sound massage where Himalayan singing bowls are placed directly upon the body, you’ll be fully clothed. Their vibrational energy will penetrate deep into muscles and nerves leading to a deeply relaxing experience for mind, body and soul.

Private and corporate Soundbaths for relaxation and Reflection

Relaxation (60 mins)

Spend time away from it all immersing yourselves in soothing, relaxing sounds, allowing the chatter of the mind to cease and feel renewed.

Reflection (75 mins)

Using the Cooper -Sax 7’s model of experiential processing, I’ll guide you through the reflective process that gives an opportunity to you to look inwards. You’ll be able to see what is holding you back in life, preventing you from being you, such as anxiety, stress, worries, pain, grief, chattering mind, life situation. We can then work towards balance and to flourish.
